Sorry just read the WHOLE OP, the CPS can drop your fuel mileage, cause power loss. I was thinkin CPS without seeing you pulled the code. Price shop for that sensor, it ranges from 15 bucks to 190 for my truck! Goog luck man

I would say the two responce above sound most probable. Something in the wiring from battery to starter, could even be a bare wire shorted. CPS would be just as probable, you could even take it out look at it for corrrosion and put some grease around the seal.

So, a 3000D would fit that bill? Then strapping when I upgrade... if I upgrade?

What about getting a 2000, then another 2000 when I get the other sub and strapping them? Not that I dont like your idea, I just want to exhaust all options before I drop this cash!

Also, this is my first system build, I was kind of hoping on running the same make of amps... I already have a SAE100.4. If there is a better choice for the XXX I would be willing to sell the Sundown and get a diff 4 channel

its an 08, dual 2's. If I got the 3000 now would it kill/damage just one?

Right now I am really wanting a Sundown SAZ 3000D to run my XXX. I am just wondering it this is too much? I could preorder a 2000D but I was under the impression bigger is better, plus I figure a 3000D leaves me with more options if I change my setup. What other amps would you guys suggest...
