Ehh i know theyre not the best but those are the ones my insurance got for me to replace my type r's....the box is huge it takes up the whole backseat in my quad cab and its ported, im not sure what its tuned to tho. Im pretty sure the shop wired them to 2 ohms since theyre all dual 4 ohms.

I was also thinking about the sundown 1500D because i hear it does like 1700 or 1900 at 1ohm. is 600 or 700 watts too much for a type R on the daily?

I just recieved 3 12" type r's that are dual 2ohm each, i want to know what would be a good amp and the best way to wire them? I usually listen to rap and hip hop and the budget would be around 250 to 300, looking forward to your responses.
