Ok, so I installed my flip out head unit in my car. I also am running 2 12" Solobaric L7 and MTX amp and 6 components. When I turn the bass up, the music cuts out for like 2 secs. I turn it down and everything is fine. Anybody ever experience this?

True, prices online may be better, however I like buying from a store like Best Buy with the protection plan so if anything goes wrong I can take it back and get a brand new one. I have had good experiences with there 2 year protection plans, works great!

OK, IM GOING TO BEST BUY TODAY TO GET A NEW HEAD UNIT. I WANT A PIONEER AND I NEED ONE I CAN USE TO PLAY AND POWER MY IPOD. IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE LOAD ALL THE MUSIC & PLAYLISTS FROM MY IPOD INTO THE HEAD UNIT (IF POSSIBLE). DO I NEED THE ONE WITH THE USB? THERE ARE SO MANY PIONEERS...

Theres gotta be a problem with your IGN fuse, when you turn your ignition to start the car this kicks in (I think). There has to be a short in your IGN wire maybe. Did you check your fuse box and wiring harness? There may be a short somewhere. Try wiggling some wires around down there and see...

no distro here, the terminals are just battery terminal so I can run my leads to the front battery and the other lead to my amp. I'll prolly do a 250a, not sure yet. I'll ask a shop what they would suggest.

Ok, so what kind of battery should go in the trunk. I just made myself a schematic of the setup. Doesn't seem too difficult.
