Could you recommend a cheaper amp? One say around $100?

So you suggest that I change the fronts, get an amp, see how I like the backs and find my bass with a sub? I guess I could do that, it sounds more logical haha. How do I go about choosing an amp though?

So, I'm assuming higher-end speakers usually require an amp which is why none of these are that expensive?

Yeah, I have a stock headunit. Was planning to change it though I'm also not completely sure what to change it too. I have not bought any amps.

Hey guys, I'm new here and I've just recently taken interest in my car! I'm looking for a good 6x9 speaker with a better bass and mid rather than highs. I've been looking around, but much of the posts are out-dated so I want to make sure I can get something recent. I'm willing to spend ~$130...
