Well this is embarassing, I had marked the tweeter cables as input.. Yesterday I set gain by DMM, and noticed there was no mid from the passenger door. So I removed the door panel, and facepalmed. Thanks for all the help guys

Oh wow, thanks for all the answers! The amp is a Ground Zero GZHA 4200XII, giving 140Wrms to each side. When I set gain I usually use my ears, but will try with DMM later today if I have time for it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A few weeks ago I noticed it started so smell like some plastic was burning, and a few minutes later there was coming smoke out of one of the crossovers. This only happens when I play loud. I've had this system for a few months and haven't had this problem before. What could be causing this...
