I am getting two HX2's and i want them to get the best bang for my buck i suppose. I have heard good things about the hifonics bx1500d. i was thinking about the JBL 1200.1 also.. what does everyone else think? thanks Jay

yeah.. i was thinking of 2 Hx2's.. when i was saying that i wanted 1000 watts i meant that i would put however many subs it takes to add up to 1000 watts. like with the alpines it would be 3.. but thanks alot Jay

Yeah, if you are looking for something quality, look at maybe a 10w3v2 those are awesome. But if you are trying to conserve alot of space and still sound good i would look into an ED10 maybe the A series..

i want the best i can get out of both... i want the spl, but i dont want it to sound all crappy. but at the same time i do want it to hit really hard. they are going in the back of a civic, so give me your best suggestions.. thanks alot Jay

I am looking for a good sub, i have heard good and bad things about the SE 12's, and i have only heard good about the E120 (o series e design). i was just wondering what everyone thinks about the two. if anyone has any other sugestions i would like to hear them. thanks alot for the imput... Jay

you can fid a 1000+watt amp for about $300-$4000 if you look around on ebay.. they have some good deals.

yeah, i mean i was sound quality, but again i dont have an endless fund or anything.. i am on a like $400 on subs and like $400 on amp budget.. I have heard great things about JL but i cant afford any with the power that i would want.. i dont know about RE's i have never heard them... so thanks...

what would sound better, one rockford power 15 at 1000watts or 2 HX2 12's at 1000watts. both options are around the same price so i was just wondering what everyone thinks.... Thanks alot Jay

i am going to be doing the same thing, and i was wondering if i face the subs towards the trunk but have the ports going toward the cabin, would that work? Jay

check your RCA jacks in your amp sometimes thoes can be messed up and that will cause popping.

yeah i would second that. i used to get that with my subs, but i moved it to a better ground and now its all better. also most definately move your speaker wires, i think that might contribute
