    What I meant for the 2 channel was to get a separate powered sub in addition to the 2 channel for the speakers. Would this make a difference? Sorry for the. Confusion

    What's better, powering my component speakers with a 2 channel amp and a powered 300w sub. Or a 4 channel to power the speakers then bridged to power a sub. The 4 channel amps I'm looking are rated around 165w RMS bridged.

    I have a BMW 318ti with a stock 10 speaker system (5.25s in the kick panels, 1in tweeters in the doors, 3.5s in the doors, 4s in the back, and a tweeter in the back).
