I have 2x jl12w3 v3's powered by a PG 600.1, they sound awesome (now that i have the right box) and pretty loud, i can give them all the power the 600.1 can push and they will still easily take more.....so I'm going to give them more as soon as i find an amp..... .... I was always skeptical...

I'm no expert but dont JL amps cut right out when the voltage dips?....maybe a dirty or loose connection at the battery or something, or the alternator going for a dump?....just a thought....i didnt see anywhere where you answered if the big 3 was done...if you did sorry....sounds very...

I'll try the gli, but the 6x9's tht run off deck power only dont have the noise at all in them, i know the other would be amplified but i really think the noise is from the amp, not sure though of course.....more worried about the fuses than the noise, i only mentioned the noise wondering if it...

including this deck, this is the fourth deck i've tried, all 4 had same noise, 2 were alpines, two were pioneers.......

Hi, the amp is an Alipine MRV-T707 - powers front components. there has always been a strange noise in the front speakers, i called them squirells, not engine noise because it would make this noise with the engine off as well, the noise doesnt get louder with the volume its a high pitched...
