I am really debating on getting some type R's or Diamond D3's, with your experiance would you say its more of a SQ sub or SPL? I am trying to find a good in between, maybe more on the SQ side, my mtx 9500's are just too much for daily driver.

I have some of those cables (running my component speakers) and there is NO noise, I had some engine wine but it was the amp that wasnt grounded right. Great cables IMO, I also run streetwire cables for my subs and they are not nearly as sturdy feeling as these.

Just curious, i already have a box built thats ported, however i couldnt fit two of them back there so what would it sound like if i had one sealed and the other ported? would i get best of both worlds or would one over power the other?

does HDF sound better than MDF, or is it just the weight issue. Just curious how much more is it, money wise, compared to mdf?
