Well I have been thinking about getting a 300W 4 channel amp just for my car speakers. Is this really worth it? How much louder will my system sound with them? Currently, I can go to about 22 on volume before I can hear distortion in the sound, but other then that everything seems good. Any help...

Ok, I will look into doing that this week. But how do I even get my head unit out. lol

I don't feel comfortable taking it out and checking it, that is the reason I had the shop install it and not do it myself.

Well I took it into the shop and he said as long as I keep the fader in the middle I won't have to worry about it. I think he FOS, but I'm not sure what to do.

Hey guys, Got another one for you since I don't know much about car audio still. LOL Anyways, today my front right speaker just stopped producing sound. So I took it in, and they fixed it saying a wire was loose or somethign to that effect. Anyways, I used the fader to test all the speakers...

Now its whether I should get the RF or JL subs...

Ok, well I went back into the store today to get a break down on prices and everything else. Here are the two options I was offered. Option 1 $500 Rockford Fosgate Punch P200-2 Amp 2 JL Audio 10W1v2-4 or 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D410 Subs Installation, box, and wiring included Option 2 $550...

Look into CnC3 Red Alert, or even CnC3: Tiberium Wars

I wish I could do the install myself. But I don't know anyone personally that knows how to do this correctly. I asked what if I brought my own amp and subs in, and they said we could do that but they would charge alot more for installation. But this shop has the best deals I could find in town...

So basically go with a different set of subs?
