Just got the Kenwood Excelon DNX6980. Lots of bells an whistles...equal too. 2 year warranty. 1 year no questions asked replacement. $999. Garman and Parrot.

I've got a Rockford t500bd1 with a born wattage of 625. I had a rock T1 but I don't think I had enough air space. The air space I had was about 1.3. The T1 was not hitting that hard. Any suggestion for a replacement for the T1 that requires less air that Bangs hard! A bigger box is out...

So ported 10" will deliver more? I was hoping to keep the custom box. How much power do I need? Any combo suggestions?

Sorry. It is sealed and in line with RF specs. I did some reading and found t1's don't perform well in sealed enclosures.

I'm happy with everything except the bass. I have little space to work with. Here is the setup. RF T1 12" in a 1.2 enclosure (max I could go). The amp is a RF t5001 Any suggestions are appreciated.
