that would be my thinking too. but i noticed that generally, 4-ways have more RMS output than the 2-ways if you compare to even the same brands. that's what made me wonder. but i think the 4-ways will have more treble in them and better sound quality? that's probably what the brands are going...

im really takin this into consideration. as the crystals are about half the price of the Focals... and they have those silk tweeters which are not as sharp as the focals rite? hhrrmmm.
