    Apparently there was a problem with some leveling screws during the install but they seemed to have fixed it and the dvds/cds are playing well now. Guess we'll see if the unit itself lasts or not.

    cool, thanks for the info. Probably have them swap up to pioneer or something.

    Just got my VM9224 installed and the radio works fine, apparently the backup camera would work fine, but the DVD source is grayed out and it won't load DVDs or CDs. Is this an easy fix or is it a wiring problem that I have to take back to the installer? The dvds/cds will go in most of the way...
