if i keep it really low its safe to reverse the speakers? haha but then how do i know its right so i can turn it up louder? or will it just not work at all if its wrong? thx btw, alot.

think i should just try blue with white stripe as positive? will it hurt anything if i hook them up opposite?

nope, if thats brown that is one FADED *** brown its pretty orange though or pink or like peach maybe i thougth of looking at the wires in the back of my cd player but theres so many back there i figure it wouldnt help.

the connector of what please? the connector on the jetta is orange w/ white stripe and blue with whtie stripe then on the speaker, i think its just red and black / pos. and neg. i can double check though if you'll be on for a few mins.

it wont blow anything? i was afraid after the serious warnings of not connecting a battery terminal to another battery terminal wrong haha.

model: GT i opened it up and theres a plug in the stock speakers with a blue/white (white stripe) and orange/white (white stripe) wire attached to the plug i assume i can rip off the plug and splice those wires into the new speakers? the new ones are sony xplode's if i remember right theres...
