Okay so here's the deal:
A friend recently got rid of his car and didn't want his stereo equipment anymore. He gave me an Alpine MRP-M1000 amp which has 1000W RMS at 2ohm and 600W RMS at 4ohm.
I didn't want to buy a sub that was too expensive (especially since I only paid $100 for the amp) so...
