Thanks for the advice I was planning on an extra battery in the trunk and figured with the one amp since it has remote gain I wouldn't have it up all the time so was thinking the times I do have it up the extra battery would be able to make up for the lack of power from under the hood

Hello I have an 03 nissan altima I'm looking to install either one or two orion hcca 124's my question is would a 6000w amp and one sub be good enough I'm not trying to compete just have a good pounding system I was looking at putting two of them in but I'm pretty sure I would fry my altinator...
