bx1500 is 1000 watts @ 2ohms. if ur running it at 2ohms, 4 gauge will be fine. if ur running @ 1ohm, upgrade to at least 2 gauge. might as well just get 0/1.

r the hd 6 mids the ones used in the hd62 set? if so, can u just buy the hd6's for like 180 and the 560 crossover for 60 and use the cl tweets. the hd's and cl's use the same tweets, correct? would this set be exactly like the hd62's?

hi, another wiring ques. i have an eq that i want to install but the max input on it is 500 millivolts. my hu puts out 5 volts. is there anything i can buy to lower the voltage on the hu outputs?? or is it even safe to just use it anyway? my guess is a lot of distortion. the eq is a pioneer...

that would be more than enough or just about right. my friend powers one w6 off of a 500d and it definitely gets loud. my suggestion is to go with the 1000d in case u want to upgrade to two subs later.
