i hvae the same thing in my tweets than run from the h/u but nothig coming form my externally amplified speakers, i'd say buy a noise filter i guess...not sure if it would help but for $8 at frys it couldnt hurt...

try grounding both the amps in the same spot, (worked for me)

my best guess on that second problem is your speakers, cant take teh power coming out of the amplifier....assuming ur un-sure if ur amplifier's power is actually cutting-out....otherwise could be a bad fuse or even a messed up channel, my old old old kenwood 4 channel amp had 1 bad channel, and...
