no 12v power coming to the radio i checked the radio fuses and they looked fine so im stuck

It's hooked to the rem wire in the back of the hu it's right I checked I think I have a powe problem like blown fuses or something which fuses should I check

Amp will not work unless the remote wire touches a strand of the 12v power wire could it be a blown fuse? I tried running new remote wires. It is not a bad amp because i hooked it up directly to another car and it works. Also when i have it hooked up the subs cut out sounds like not enough power...
