Well unfortuantly havent seen any aftermarket Double din coversion kits for LS. So I saw on a site a guy bought a ford explorer double din conversion kit and a LS single din and shaved / cut down the LS one until it fit into the Explore one. He then expoxied the 2 together sanded and used...

1 x 650 Watts RMS @ 4-Ohms 1 x 1300 Watts RMS @ 2-Ohms 1 x 2000 Watts RMS @ 1-Ohm my bad can someone explain how much power would go to each sub would it be 1300 each at 2 ohms?

as I said im kind of new actually really new to this whole car audio thing. A quick question about that amp you poste jmanpc it is rated at 650w at 4 ohms will this mean if I have 2 12's they will be powered at 1300 watts at 2 ohms?

Lincoln Ls thanks for the quick response Ya i have the 10 disc changer in my back attatched to the roof of the trunk. What do you mean I dont need 6x9 front or rear speakers. Kind of confused the way you worded that. Im going for the pro 60s ? thanks jmanpc
