I know its an alpine, there a alpine label on it on the inside.... Any info on whats missing from it? Wire wise?

My buddy gave me this HU as it was sitting around his house. I can see that its an alpine but im unsure of the model. Any help on this? Also what would I need to wire this into my truck?

I did the exact same job as your discription.....sucks d!ck.....worst job I ever had...I quit after a month of doing it.
