How hard is a "pigtail" going to be to get? would an electronics store have one?

I know its an alpine, there a alpine label on it on the inside.... Any info on whats missing from it? Wire wise?

My buddy gave me this HU as it was sitting around his house. I can see that its an alpine but im unsure of the model. Any help on this? Also what would I need to wire this into my truck?
