well i didnt want to seal the fixture. and i couldnt get it open. so after about an hour of prying on it, i finally got the cover off. i didnt know what to use to cover it so i took an old foam rag i had and cut it up until it would fit. its definitely a tight fit now. it took a lot of strength...

^blah, i didnt even think of that, you make a good point, id have to remove the panel to take the bulbs out. so obviously i wouldnt wanna seal it in... good call

looked at it this morning, not really sure how to get it off, i feel like i might be able to snap it off, but i didnt wanna keep pulling on it just in case... is this something i could probably take to my mechanic that he might be able to fix? if not, any kind of specialty shops i should...

silicone on the screws? i don't see any screws, im assuming they are under the headliner and hidden from view? i guess i'd have to get under the headliner or something.. and even then, just put silicon around them?

nah didn't mat the ceiling, but im not sure that would help cause its not like there's metal rattling inside the ceiling, its the plastic light switch or whatever thats shaking back and forth. like if i hold it with my hand it stops... i was just wondering if there was something i could do to...

ok, so i got a new system put in my car last week. and i noticed it rattled like crazy, so i dynamatted the whole car, doors and trunk... definitely eliminated the rattle, bass sounds so good now without overdoing it. but now i noticed there was still a rattle. i couldnt figure out what it was...
