What amp do you guys recommend for 2 DVC Kicker CVR10's I've done a little research and have discovered that a mono amp is best for subs. So, it would be great if someone could recommend me an amplifier that pushes between 400-600watts RMS, with a max price of $175 shipped. Thanks.

What amplifier would you guys recommend for 2 Kicker CVR102's, I'm looking at a Power Acoustik because it's the only one I've seen that gives a lot of power, but I've also heard bad things about it.

Can a 2 ohm sub be wired for 4 ohm's?

Yeah they are. But what does all that mean (I'm somewhat of a n00b)?

At 2 ohms it is 370X2 which is right on the money, because my subs handle 300 each. So I can just lower the gain on the amp.

OK I want to know if all of this stuff will go together and work properly. My system is going to be two Kicker CVR10's (2 ohm versions), 2 channel Power Acoustik TS1440-2 amplifier, and wiring kit with 8 gauge wire. Will all of this stuff work together? How should the amp be wired to the subs...

OK, so I have the wiring kit already installed in my car from a previous installation. Basically there are wires sticking out for an amplifier and for two subwoofers. I now have 2 Kicker CVR 10s and a Power Acoustik PS2-1600, what should I do. I know I don't have a 40 amp fuse or whatever...

What's the general consensus on Kicker CVR10's are they good? I see them for around $150 for a pair on ebay.

Is Legacy a good brand, or is that a joke?
