Hey guys, apperantly I was running the speakers @ 1 ohm and the amp is designed for 2 ohm. As far as the amp goes, it puts out pretty good power. For the speakers and amp, I only paid $300 so I'll probably just use it for now and step up the amp a little later down the road.
