so I should just get rid of the thing and run new speaker wire to the HU from the rears?

reading about the acoustic feedback system and how it will only work with the stock HU. Is there anyway I can get them to work with a new HU without bypassing it or removing it altogether? HU im getting a pioneer AVH p1400dvd thanks!

Hey guys, new to the forums but I've been into car audio for awhile now, then took a break. I just sold my old car. (I should have taken out my old 9815 alpine deck and alpine screen!) I didn't know they still had value haha. I'm now shopping for another car and want to go for SQ. It's crazy...
