    that y-adapter will give me more RCA outputs. i need to bring the 6 from my amps down to 4 in order to get them all to fit.

    Well if anything wouldn't I need an adapter to bring the 4 RCA's from the 4 channel amp down to 2? My head unit has 4 out puts. 2 are being taken up by my sub. I need to plug my 4 channel into the head unit via 2 sets of RCA's, but obviously that wont fit.

    Ok heres the deal. I just got some Kenwood tweeters with inline crossover capacitor. I have my door speakers set up to an amp, so there are no speakers attached to my head unit. Can I just hook the tweeter up to the head unit where the front speakers would normally be?
