Id rather have a low grade amp then no amp.. Im in no position to by a new one anytime soon

I used a pulse meter to check if anything was being outputted from the amp and i wasnt getting anything

yeah the fuses looked fine.. The wires touching is most likely what happened, I guess its new amp time I just got this one 2 weeks ago. Is there anyway possible I could fix the amp?

I have a Boss 3500 amp and a 12" Kicker. They've been working great until last night when the speaker wires came out of the terminals on the kicker. So i hooked em back up to the kicker and now im not getting any sound from the kicker. The amp IS getting power, I tested the sub with a 9v...
