    Ported or Regular box?

I don't need alot of bass. I would prefer for the sound to be nice and crisp. Mainly for surround sound of watching movies and some alternative and light rock music. I have a RF 550x amp that is 275 x2 when bridged, and 2-12 inch infinity perfect 12.1 this may not be the best amp and subs...

I have a 4 channel amp that I am going to bridge and run my subs off of. I am wondering about the connection of the RCA cables from the HU to the amp. On the amp where the RCA cables will plug in it says Input, and then says channel 1, 2, 3, 4 by each different RCA connector. My question is...

How do I bridge an amp?

Maybe I figured this out. Take + from channel one to + of sub 1, then - from sub 1 to - of channel 2 Take + from channel 3 to + of sub 2, then - from sub 2 to - of channel 4 Let me know if this is correct. I believe that this would mean that they would be at 4 ohms.

How do I bridge an amp?

I have an amp that is 75w x 4 at 4 ohm and 300w x 2 when bridged. I want to run 2 10" subs that are single voice coils that can be run at 2 or 4 ohm. So how do I wire this set-up and does it matter if it is at 4 or 2 ohm if the amp is bridged?

I have alot of questions, I am new to this.

I am going to go buy a box this week. That was last on my list. If I were to do it myself, how long do you think it would take? 10hrs, 20hrs, ....? What do you think it would cost to take it to an audio store and have them install it? I was thinking about $200-250. thanks Ryan
