well i tried that out by not having bass at all, and it sounded pretty shitty, barely any output coming from the subs, and when i got the bass boost on and setup, hit twice as hard

correction, just the flat black comps, thought they were vrs. 150rms i believe

so, i was unhappy with the bass comin from subs, so i changed up some settings n sounds a lottt better but wondering if i can do any better. got setup of(all 07models): kicker zx3001 2 kicker 10" compvrs(vented kicker truck box) kicker zx3504 4 kicker 6x8s pretty sure its a bridged setup...

had it installed by a friend, but he knows his shit, i only know a little bit

one more thing to add i forgot i did this, but the remote bass level control was unplugged, so i plugged it in and turned it up a bit and the subs shut down unplugged it and protect mode came off, but still subs dont work tried plugging it in one more time and got a lil feedback from the subs...

not in protection mode now

Kicker ZX300.1 Amp powering 2 Kicker 10 Compvr Playing good for few weeks now, then subs stopped today Amp still powers and replaced fuses, still no luck. Any ideas?

Yes, when first amp blew, they were messin with the bass level and ****ed it up in a minute, so then had to put in 2nd one. As of right now, im not ****in with the bass cuz i dont want another blown amp lol

The gains are set fine now. I did after after the 2nd amp blew for the zx3001 and when i took it back in, they said that its perfect and they did **** up the settings of the gains and some wiring. Ill go take some pics and check the ohms

They had gains set lowest possible, which made it sound like **** stock speakers and like an amp wasnt even there. It was set about .5 and now I bumped it up to about 2 i think Ill try and post pics later
