Whats a good amp for some JL w1v2' 12's that are single VC and 4ohm?

I have around $400 to spend on some subs (preferibly 12's) and a new amp. i was thinking some jl w1v2's but havnt heard them so i dont know. And not sure which amp to go with. if you have any suggestions of subs or amps let me know. thanks kinkbmxr007-Aim
