I run a TypeR 12" with a rockford 301M and it hits hard. Didnt think it would hit as hard as it does. Plenty of power. I cant turn up my HU more than halfway or else i get a headache

I just got my system installed today (apline type R 12" and rockford 301M). I have a pionner 6400 HU and so does one of my friends. He has some other features to control his subs that i dont have. Im not sure which ones he has but he can make the sub do other things like he in b4 it hits out...

you get a cross over with the componet set and the tweeters and midrange speakers feed off of that. Then you stil have 2 channels so you need a 4 channel (2 for sub and 2 for compnets). I think this is right but i am kinda new too

Im new to car audio and just got a new Rockford 301M amp. It is 300w RMS to 1 channel at 2ohms. My stock alternator is 65 amps and my battery is 12v. Do you think i will run into problems. It goin to be pushing 1 12" Alpine Type-R. I looked at one thread and he said to take the RMS wattage...
