is the sub moving or not moving alot, if its not moving alot then the box is out of the question its possible that LOC is just not sending a good signel or see if it has some dials on it. Mine did and i did not notice they were low from the start SCOSH makes a kit for 08-11 focus after market...

JL is pretty equal rated, sundown tend to be under.. well subs are atleast would not be of any suprise of the amps are 100ish more RMS then whats rated
