Ok, so looks like running them to the cap is ok ... all items will be run to one single grounding point on the vehicle. I've got a ground distro block coming , but it only has three 4ga ports ... one will go to the vehicle, which leaves me two ... so, if I use the cap I'll have to ground at...

Around $200 for the 6001 and $140 for the 4001

The alternative amp I mentioned which is the MTX MXA4001 ... if using two subs won't it split the 400 rms to 200 each sub? Just like what was discussed earlier with the MXA6001.
