Hifonics has a 2000 watt amp the brutus series BXi 2006D. Is that a good amp? the sub is also dual 3 ohms. can an amp supply 3 ohms?

I want to get two Kenwood Excelon KFC-XW1300DVC subwooofers, but i dont know what amp would go with them considering the sub is dual 3 ohms. Which kenwood amp would go best with this?
