Thanks for the advice. I am a novice at this, but would this be something I could do myself? I am pretty frustrated with this place. They are saying that the satellite tuner is bad and must be replaced. I would rather do myself if possible,but I don't really know where to start.

I recently had the 880prs installed by a professional shop and it's great with one exception. They installed a sirius satellite tuner and everytime you crank the vehicle, it says acquiring signal for 1-3 minutes before it the signal comes through. It works fine after that, but it does this...
