you can fit quite a bit behind the seat, I have an 07 classic (same as 06) crew. Have 3 e8v3 ported behind back seat. I did move the seat forward about 1" so they would have a little more room to breathe, but you can get close to 2 cubic ft back there without moving.

I had those airvents too, they pop out grab ahold of them and pull, then I put some dynamAt over the part of the vent left that exits the cab. No noticeable effects that I have noticed. I closed them off on the reg cab I used to have as well.

I've got 3 e8v4's behind the seat of my 06 crew, I think the box was 2.1@34, I moved the backseat forward 1 1/2 which took about 30min. Does pretty good I think.

I am torn between these 2 routes, just picked up a pg xenon 600.1 for power. It is a regular cab newer silverado. I have right at 2 cuft to work with. I can't decide between 1 tsw-2504spl, or going with 2 ts-w106dvc. I am really wanting to go ported, and I just can't decide if it would be better...
