dvc 4 and my bad about the crv

i have four kicker "crv" dvc 12 inch speakers and im looking for an amp or set of amps to push all four any suggestions, i think the speakers are 400 watts each coil.

if u only use 1 voice coil instead of 2 to get the correct ohms needed to play the amp more eff. will the sub produce less bass than it wud if i were using both voice coils

rite now u r very under powered & if u go with larger amps u run the risk of smoking ur amps and/or ur alternator, at the very least u should add an xtra battery and a cap if u r not ready 2 change alternators

also try to wire the sub a different .way

u shud check 2 make sure u r using the correct rca jacks comin from the head unit and also check all ur settings such as fader, loud, balance, etc.

did u have the correct fuses installed?

i have 4 12" kicker cvr subs in a standard box, inside of a 96 chevy caprice, my amp just blowed after 3 years of constant pounding (went through a couple of sets of speakers). should i repair the amp which is a "Autotek mean machine 5000" which played 2400 rms @ both 1 & 2 ohms or should i...
