CDT rep said it's xover at 4200Hz. There's an adjustment on x-over but I just plan to set it all on the HU at this point. Would it be ok to use those cdt 3/4" titaniums for imaging since there's an out for that?? Not sure how that works... blending different tweets and stuff.

Yeah thats pretty clear from that far away. How much power are you running to them and how much do they cost. I read that these alloy tweets (neos etc) arent as harsh as the ones I got. I could go silk etc. I figure any decent 1" will be an improvement over the 3/4" ones I currently run.

Whoa. Wish I knew that before making this box. Is there any calculators to how much displacement you add per matching sub? Is there a percentage. Might just build one 9 x 49 x 5.5" if that's the case.

There's no fill in there. I should made the box 6" deep and used fill I think. It's a total of 1.24'^3 - .16'^3 (subs) = 1.08' or only .08'^3 bigger than ideal. I'm thinking of gluing strips of extra mdf down to the bottom, but worry it will affect the acoustics negatively.
