Okay so I checked the media player on the car battery and it works, it lit right up. So now I know the amp and media player are both good. any idea why I wouldn’t be getting my 12v if my ground is good? Thank you all for your help this far!

Here is my ground.

Amp is good I checked by running a wire from my power to my remote and the lights came on so I know the amp is good. I double checked the fuse in the player and it is in good shape. I literally sanded the paint down in a spot to get a good ground and still no head unit power.

when I check the voltages at the pig tail it’s only giving me mili volts, no true 12v, I will check the ground again. Thank you for your help!!!

unfortunately I checked all the fuses and none are blown. in the fuse panel, under the hood, behind audio player, there is no external fuse on the amp. All fuses are good.

Thanks for your reply! I did check the fuse on the back of the radio and it is not blown, I’ll try what you mentioned momentarily and let you know.
