Just not into car audio as much as I was before, so I really just want something that will sound better than just one speaker, but doesn't need to blow me away. Needs to be 5.25". Not wanting to rip the car up. Brand does not matter one single bit.

Oh I gotcha. Yes I do know that they are 4 ohm. Does anyone have any suggestions for replacements?

Just some new midwoofers to replace the ones in the component system. I'm guessing that keeping the midranges the same is the best way to do it, outside of being able to find a matching speaker (not even going to try haha) Want to go with 5 1/4" so I can just plug and play.

Really doesn't need to be CDT. To tell you the truth I really don't need to spend the money on them this time.

Hello, I have had a CDT HD 5.25" Components running great for 7 years, but now one of the mid woofers doesn't want to work. I am guessing my best best is to find a new pair of Mid-woofers. I don't want to spend too much on these, hopefully stay under $100. Power handling isn't too important...
