i had two before, in a small sealed box ran off of a ma audio 1800 watt amp. it was all set up in the car when i bought it, dont even know the real power of that amp. it all got stolen on my birthday, so this is my replacement stuff. i can definately tell the difference in the ported box...

just finished the box for my two 12w6v2's, its 4ft^3 @28hz, i currently only have a single 500/1 hooked up to the two subs...with plans of adding a second 500/1 in the future. i thought i was going to be dissapointed with the output of the subs considering they are only getting 250watts each...

which side are you gonna have the subs on, and which side is the port going to be firing out of? with that, maybe we can help a little bit...its gonna be a P.I.T.A. eitherway

well, i've been playing around with gross and net volumes today...and here is what i came up with: 3.6 cubes @ 33 hz.... that was the best compromise i could find between volume and frequency layed out the cuts on the MDF today, and hopefully tomorrow after work i'll have some time to start...

did you mean 3 cubes per sub, or 3 cubes for the pair? i wouldnt try to do 6ft^3 either way (per sub, or combined) that would seem like death to the subwoofer to me

dont forget to mention that underpowering your subs that much, can cause damage to the woofer
