When i had my 2 10" JLs i used it in my box, and i took it out and listened to my subs and it makes an awesome difference. I thought they sounded a lot better with the polyfil.

The baffles are just supposed to keep your subs from ruinning your speakers, im not sure on the enclosure part. They just keep the air from the subs from pushing through your speakers. I know i ruined a set of 6x9s by not putting baffles over them. Ive heard wonders about dynamat, but have...
