I disconnected the car battery for about 15 minutes or so. Not long enough?

First post, new to forums. Was playing video, hit settings and unit went haywire. Tried reset button, nothing. Tried software updates from Clarion, nothing. Unit now boots into a Windows CE desktop. Can I get new software somewhere? Can I send it somewhere for reinstallation? I bought it from a...
