What kind of screws are you talking about, did not take anything out of the radio.

I have just installed a new Eonon 7" 2 din am/fm/cd/dvd/gps unit in my truck. The only thing that works is the radio. Whenever you put in a cd or dvd it just reads no disc present on the screen. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem. I contacted Eonon customer support and they told...
