i sold a hifonics brutus 1500w amp, and it worked before shipment. The buyer emailed me claiming that it will power up but have no output. he also says that the amp make noise to the beat of the song. what could the problem be? i suggested that when i unplugged the remote it was on a low or off...

i fould this is my sisters old blazer and i just purchased 2 12" type r's, im still undecided on amp and hu, but since i found this one... is it decent or just a piece of shit?
