Are 6.5's that much better then 6x8's? I was thinking about putting a 6.5 in the rear door for mid and a good set of 6x8 up front for the full range. I was lookin at the jl's but also earthquakes and critical mass. Probably just go with the jl's. Thanks for all the good info!

Hi, new to the forum. been out of the car audio scene for a while and was looking for some good higher power replacement 5x7 6x8 speakers for my minivan(don't laugh). any suggestions would be great. was looking at earthquake audio tnt's or 350w pioneers. the amp i will be running puts out 300w...
