    I have a JL Audio 13.5 W6V2 and a rockford fosgate 1001bd which i believe is rated at 1000watts RMS @ 2 ohms and i think the sub is dual 4 ohm...with these configurations is it possible for me to wire it up to run at 1000 watts???

    the amp is rated @ 1000x1 RMS @ 2 ohms 500x1 RMS @ 4 ohms...btw i just tested my 13.5 which was underwater in the hurricane and it still works but i m hesitant to go through the trouble of putting it in my new vehicle

    I am currently in posession of a rockford fosgate 1001bd and am wondering if it will provide sufficient power to the new 3 ohm 12" W7...i previously ran a 13.5 W6V2 off of this amp and hit 142 @ a USACI comp so if i can keep this amp i would like to...jl 1000/1 pretty expensive lol
