so i got my 10" ssa dcon installed in my trunk BUTT its very vulnerable right now. I mean, i drive like a race car driver so objects in my trunk tend to shift around. I'm worried that they will hit my sub. I looked for some grills but they are all ugly. any better solutions?

hi, my hu is kenwood ddx616. Should i set the xover on the hu or my amp? also, should i overlap the crossover or have them the same. Like, 100hz lowpass, 100hz highpass? is 100hz a good xover?

my ssa 10inch dcon has a thick rubber surround with screw holes. Does the screw head go on the outside of that or on the inside of it, against the metal. my guess is on the outside.

i just ordered single and the sub enclosure from srq customs. 140 shipped for enclosure sealed .9cubic feet -- its supposed to fit my trunk perfectly just slides in: Hyundai Sonata 2010-2011 Sub Enclosure i love my system so much even without sub, can't imagine how its gonna sound with this sub.

actually, i was just planning on using the first 2 channels for fronts, and bridging the second 2 for the sub. i will never run rears, screw them! this will get me 120rms for fronts, and 300 rms for sub. Please correct me if im wrong. also, will check out that sq sub, still looking for one...
