My current KDC-X591 died. I need another one, or another Excelon I can easily switch out with my current wiring harness/cage. Must have the 4v preouts and USB input. I loved the 591 because it was simple, not flashy, has the USB, and was cheap.

I have a 150.2 on my components, and after 20 minutes of mid-loud play it gets a bit toasty, but nothing worrisome. But when the amp is off, it's not generating any heat, of course. At low levels, interestingly enough, my sub amp stays cooler than the PDX. Sub amp is an old-school MTX class D.

i mean manufacturing labor. No company in their right mind would start a new manufacturing plant, let alone an automotive plant, here in Michigan. The wages are far too high. Case in point - VW chosing Tennessee to build their new plant. Like they'd want any part of a UAW contract muddling...
