they r not runnning as low as an ohm as they were. so it wont be as loud. it's fine, dont worry. oh, and it's not ur hearing.

u can go to Wal-Mart and get a 4 guage wire kit that would do fine for ur use. oh, and the kit is only 25$. im not saying go and buy it, im saying 200$ on wires is crazy. u can buy a nice Rockford or Monster for under 100$.

considering that u purchased a legacy and that it puts out half of the RMS it says even at max, u can just go to ur local hardware store and buy some. it wont hurt nothing and u wont have ne gains using gold terminals with an amp like that. no offense.

comp vr's have alot of potentiol, they can handle more than 300 rms. as for finding an amp to push them hard for 150$, talk to ur local street hustler. that hifonics amp should beat the piss out of 'em. that's an underrated amp.

try the Subzone bass Comp CD (the company that makes boxes) track 1. i went to a bass comp and used that and hit 142.2 w/ 4 12'' comp vr's. P.S. ne thing below 20hz is inaudible to the human ear, u can feel it, but not hear it!!!!!

well, u will only use two channels on ur amp (if u have single 4's). wich ever 2 is up to u. if u have dual 4's just put each sub on its own channel @ 2ohms.

those subs cant handle that much power....over rated.....get a decent 500 watt amp and u will be fine.

2 cubes will be kinda small for a vented box. but if thats all u got than go for it.

did u turn the sub on? push and hold setup (has an F on the button), scroll through the options with the arrows til u hit sub-w then hit band and that will turn on the remote wire. i have the same deck, real tight deck!!
